ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a skilled vinyl graphics installer who can handle hands on production and field installation work. This is not a graphic designer position, it's a role for someone who knows vinyl production, application, and on site installs inside and out.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Vinyl production experience including cutting, weeding, masking, and applying graphics.
• On site installation skills for vehicles, windows, walls, and exterior signage.
• A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to travel to installation sites.
• Ability to work at multiple locations within our service area (Raleigh, Wilson, Goldsboro, Rocky Mount and more).
• A clean, professional appearance when interacting with customers.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately, and follow safety protocols/standards.
• Dependable, detail‑driven installer who takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and other installation equipment is a big plus.
  

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Installation: Safely and accurately install a variety signage, ensuring each meets our high standards, client expectations and meets all safety protocols/standards.

Mobilization: Drive to installation sites in areas such as Wilson, Rocky Mount, Raleigh, Greenville, and etc. There may be times when asked to drive to areas 2-4 hours away, however those times are scheduled in advanced.

Technical: Utilize and maintain tools and equipment required for proper installation.

Customer Interaction: Answering questions/concerns customers may have if possible and if assistance is needed, communicating their concerns with the project manager.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the Redsquare team to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

This is a Contract Sign Installer role with possibility of transitioning into a Full-time position. The Sign Installer will be responsible for installing various types of signs, ensuring proper alignment and placement, and following safety protocols. Daily tasks include following installation instructions, operating tools and equipment, transporting materials to job sites, and photographic completed work. The candidate will work closely with team members to meet project timelines and quality standards. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
• Great communication skills and excellent teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated and can work well alone if needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and other installation equipment.
• Experience working with vinyl, wraps and various sign types.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and read a tape measure properly.
• Ability to work on a ladder and aerial lift.
• Presents well with business customers.
• Willing to travel a few days if needed.
• Doesn't have trouble working outdoors.
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.

Technical: Utilize and maintain tools and equipment required for proper installation.

Site Assessment: Evaluate installation sites to ensure proper positioning of signage, making adjustments as necessary for optimal visibility and durability. Take photos of site and finished signage installations.

Customer Interaction: Work directly with clients during site assessments, installations, providing a professional and positive experience. Answering questions/concerns customers may have if possible and if assistance is needed, communicating their concerns with the project manager.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the Redsquare team to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.
